The multiplayer gacha action game Duet Night Abyss has put out a seasonal patch called Paradise Prelude. As expected in this genre, the update brings a banner character: Ada — a water-element, dual-pistol fighter with abilities that let her summon and copy (i.e., replicate certain moves or allies). It’s a familiar gacha rhythm — new unit, new banner — but there’s a wrinkle: Ada can be picked up for free for a limited time via the Immersive Theatre mode. Also running now is a special costume event centered on her.
Summer content arrived in a bundle. New storyline quests are set at Bloomfield station; there’s a combat challenge titled the Great Chaos of Mechapuppets (mechanical pets, if you like literal names); a treasure hunt and genimonk races are active; and the usual daily-login rewards are in place. Finally, the patch includes a rerun event where players can earn a skin for Fushu.
