Monster Hunter Outlanders will be released on iOS and Android on October 29.
TiMi Studio Group and Capcom have set October 29 as the release date for Monster Hunter Outlanders, a free-to-play open-world action game coming to smartphones.
The title is designed to carry the series' hardcore action to mobile devices, letting players explore the world of Aesoland alone or join forces with up to three others for cooperative hunts against powerful monsters.
Seven classic weapon types will be available when the game launches, ranging from great swords to bows. These come with newly added combat techniques and combos built for mobile controls.
Alongside the returning Palicoes, two new companions will travel with players: Rutako and Trillani.
The game's ecosystem will also include exclusive threats meant to surprise even longtime fans of the franchise, among them the Elder Dragon Ruger Aidal and "radiant" monsters.
