Arc System Works says Robo-Ky will be the second DLC fighter in the fifth season pass for Guilty Gear -Strive-, due July 2, 2026. It’s confirmed — not a rumor this time — and the date’s on the calendar.
Robo-Ky began life as a robotic weapon, churned out in the Postwar Administrative Bureau laboratory to hunt down and neutralize threats to the Bureau. The design borrows from Ky Kiske: selected data was analyzed and folded into Robo-Ky’s AI unit. The playable unit isn’t a clean-cut replica; it’s a defective model — one that formed a personality and can show human (hum.) emotions, which complicates the whole “weapon” label in ways that are oddly hard to ignore.
