Korea Game Awards 2026 Set for November 18 in Busan
The Korea Game Awards 2026, an annual event recognizing achievements across the South Korean gaming industry, is scheduled to take place on November 18 in Busan.
A total of 13 categories will be featured at the ceremony, among them the Grand Prize, the Top Excellence Award, the Excellence Award, technical and creative awards, plus recognition for the best indie project and popular love.
Entries from participants will be open from September 28 through October 12.
Determining the winners will involve a combination of jury evaluation, input from industry media, and a public online vote scheduled for October 26 to November 16.
The award has historically maintained a connection to the "Game of the Year" initiative run by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), with winners of that initiative gaining automatic nomination status.
