AMD is reportedly preparing a new non‑F, non‑X3D member of its Ryzen 7000 family for the AM5 socket: the Ryzen 5 7500, according to Roland Quandt of WinFuture.
Leaked specifications show the 7500 as a 6‑core, 12‑thread chip with a 3.7 GHz base clock and up to 5.0 GHz Boost. Total cache is listed at 38 MB and the TDP at 65 W — figures that match the current Ryzen 5 7500F. The key distinction appears to be graphics: while the 7500F requires a discrete GPU, the standard Raphael dies used for retail non‑F parts typically include an integrated Radeon GPU. The Ryzen 5 7500 is expected to have its iGPU enabled, reportedly limited to a maximum of 2 RDNA 2 compute units.
Positioning in AMD’s lineup would place the 7500 directly beneath the Ryzen 5 7600, which runs at a 3.8 GHz base clock and boosts to 5.1 GHz. AMD also offers the Ryzen 5 7500X3D, a separate variant with 96 MB of L3 cache and a maximum boost of 4.5 GHz.
Quandt’s report cites a suggested price of about €230 for the Ryzen 5 7500. By contrast, the Ryzen 5 7500F is available at roughly €105, and a Ryzen 5 7600 with integrated graphics can be bought in Germany for about €155, making the €230 figure for the 7500 appear unexpectedly high.
