Luke Dale — the actor who plays Jan Ptacek in the Kingdom Come: Deliverance duology — has quietly taken on a new project: he’s bought a pub. In a video tour he walked viewers through the place, showed the renovations, and talked frankly about the slog of repairs (i.e., rewiring, plasterwork, and the kind of dusty elbow grease most people don’t see). He said he doesn’t want to turn the pub into a gimmick; preservation of the venue’s feel matters more. About the name, The Nobleman, Dale described it as “inspired by old noble haunts — spots where people plotted and mingled.” He also plans to lean into a medieval vibe with swords, shields, and other period touches.
Earlier, Dale had said that the Kingdom Come role didn’t open doors in the gaming world for him; he’s been streaming because he struggled to find steady work. He even asked Rockstar Games to consider him for a cowboy part if they ever make another Red Dead — a bold, somewhat cheeky move to stay in play, you could say.
