The next developer broadcast for Final Fantasy 14 will take place in mid-March, where the game's team will discuss what awaits players in the 7.5 update — the final patches for the Dawntrail expansion.
As announced on the Lodestone, the next Letter from the Producer installment will discuss "the exciting new features awaiting you in the 7.5 update." It typically features Executive Producer and Director Naoki Yoshida and Community Manager Toshio Muroyuchi, known as Foxclon.
The broadcast will begin on March 14 and will once again utilize the official Final Fantasy 14 channels on
The 7.5 patch series will likely conclude all content promised for Dawntrail, including the main story scenario. It's worth noting that the final major patch for FFXIV expansions usually splits not only side content into several parts but also story content. Therefore, it's highly likely that the main scenario quest content will be divided between patches 7.5 and 7.55, with an interval of approximately two months.
Notably, Naoki Yoshida mentioned during the annual Q&A session that the limited job Beastmaster, announced for Dawntrail over two years ago, will be discussed in the next Live Letter (so, probably in this one).
There is also a high probability we will hear other important announcements related to FFXIV, such as upcoming Fan Festival events, as well as merchandise and other activities.
