The developers of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 have dropped another trailer that leans into the story campaign — a quickcut sampler rather than a tidy overview.
Coming on the heels of the “explosive” Losing Ground video, we get Captain Price on a Paris mission. It’s not subtle: chases, gunfire from moving cars, big explosions, street shootouts and an enemy helicopter all show up — e.g., vehicle combat and urban mayhem — so scenes will likely collide rather than segue smoothly. Who’s chasing whom? That’s left to the imagination (and to you when you play).
Recall that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will feature several storylines, and early access to the campaign will be available from October 16th: early access.
Remember, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 will be released on October 23 for PS5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, and PC. The story zeroes in on the conflict on the Korean Peninsula.
Later this month the team plans to conduct beta testing and will also present a playable demo at gamescom 2026 — so there’ll be a chance to see whether the chaos in the trailer translates into something that actually feels good to play.
