Heads-up: the July 0.9.5 patch for the life simulator inZOI is live, and it's mostly about smoothing out the annoying technical kinks that make play feel clunky.
The devs hunted down several autonomous-behavior glitches — sims now react properly to fires, feed themselves when hungry, and don't get stuck repeating morning-hygiene actions. Social bits were tweaked so resident interactions behave more believably; baby interactions no longer glitch out, and conversations start faster (i.e., less waiting around). Client stability got attention too: critical crashes were patched and the CurseForge browser bug was corrected.
Note: to keep things stable, all third-party mods (mods) are automatically disabled when you install this update. The team admits this isn’t perfect yet and will keep chipping away at problems rather than pretending everything’s done.
