Sony Unveils Hyperpop Collection for PlayStation 5: Vibrancy and Gradients in the World of Gaming Accessories

Sony has announced a new accessory collection for the PlayStation 5 called Hyperpop. The lineup includes console panels and DualSense controllers that stand out with an eye-catching gradient design—an approach rarely seen among modern gaming devices.

The collection features three color options: Techno Red, Remix Green, and Rhythm Blue. Each model shows a smooth transition from black at the top to a vibrant shade of red, green, or blue at the bottom. This effect is particularly striking when the PS5 console is set up vertically.

Compared to the traditional black and white accessories that dominate the market, the Hyperpop collection items appear noticeably brighter and more original, allowing gamers to emphasize the uniqueness of their gaming system.

The console panels will be priced at $75, while the Hyperpop DualSense controllers will be sold for $85—$10 more than the standard version. Although the price is higher than usual, many players might find the gradient design a worthy reason for additional expenses if they want to add brightness and unique style to their gaming space.

The collection is set to be released on March 12, 2026. Pre-orders will begin on January 16, 2026, with accessories available through select retailers and the official PlayStation Store.
