The fighting game based on "Avatar" will be released a little later but will feature completely new content

The devs behind Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game put out an official note: the planned early-summer launch is being nudged to July 23, 2026. Their explanation was plain — more time for polishing and to try to make the launch feel right — and they added an intriguing promise: "completely new content to the initial build of the fighting game, which was not even planned before." Whether that means extra arenas, fresh modes, or new fighters from the Four Nations remains a mystery for now.

If you were counting on getting in immediately, there’s a small consolation. Closed servers will run from July 2–5 (early July, ETA from the team), opening an exclusive beta for those who pre-order so players can try the combat ahead of the main release. The beta will include full crossplay for cooperative cross-platform battles. The action title Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game is slated for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).
